Why work for Frenkel Topping Group (FTG)?

Why work for Frenkel Topping Group (FTG)?

We know that work is an important part of all of our lives but we believe there’s more to work-life than the jobs we do. Careers at FTG are about growth and opportunity, a sense of community and about the impact we have as individuals
and as a team, working in an important area of professional services.

Ultimately, if you feel comfortable, happy, valued and fulfilled at work, you are able to deliver the very best service to our clients – the legal community working in personal injury and clinical negligence and the individuals who have experienced life-changing events.

We know opportunity is important. As a fast-growing group of businesses, delivering complementary services, there is always opportunity for development and progression.

We value our history and the reputation we’ve built in 30 years and the security and
stability it brings to our business.

We’re focused on the future and all of the opportunity it presents. We believe our
greatest successes are yet to come.

Our industry is changing and we want to be at the forefront of that change. We are in the position to drive positive developments in a once traditional sector and that really excites us.

We focus on the individual. The strength of our team depends entirely on every single
person who is part of it. We recognise we’re all different and we embrace that by supporting the person as well as the wider team.

Your impact matters. We value contribution in all its forms – whether that be suggestions
to help us reduce our carbon footprint and make us greener, or going above and beyond
to support our clients, effort and energy are celebrated at every opportunity.

Our impact matters. We recognise that as an organisation we have the power to make a difference and we want to make a positive impact to all those lives we touch. We take our social and environmental responsibility seriously to not just our clients and employees but
also to our suppliers and the wider community.
