A healthcare professional who initiates, coordinates and monitors services in collaboration with, and to support, a client who has had a significant illness or injury, enabling them to reach their maximum potential and regain quality of life.
You will have a minimum of six years’ experience of working in a specialist rehabilitation setting or in social care as a registered health or social care professional. You will have worked with clients who have complex injuries or conditions and enjoyed supporting them and their families to return to living in the community.

A recognised healthcare specialist in their field who is instructed to prepare and give expert evidence for the purposes of litigation, where a client has been injured through no fault of their own due to an accident or medical error.
You will have a minimum of eight years’ experience as a registered healthcare professional and have a specialist knowledge, for example with brain injured clients, or in paediatrics. You need to know the breadth and depth of what it takes to support a client back into the community who has had a significant injury, illness or incident.

Based in London and covering the Home Counties and South East with the focus on being the ‘Keystone’ in rebuilding lives. In 2022, we further strengthened our offering with the acquisition of N-Able services. Based on the Wirral covering the North West and North Wales, N-Able has been delivering quality case management services for over 20 years.
Our Case Managers are registered and experienced healthcare professionals who work with clients following life changing injuries supporting them in improving their quality of live. We co-ordinate tailored rehabilitation, health and social care plans.
We have reached an exciting point in our growth strategy whereby we are seeking the best talent to accompany us on this journey and drive and develop an integrated clinical service for the Case Management companies within FTG as the Head of Clinical Services.
We are opening this role up to all applicants across England & Wales with the option to be office based in Manchester or on the Wirral and the option of hybrid working. This role will require travel to the Wirral and London to provide a regular presence at both companies.
This role will report to the Managing Directors of both N-Able and Keystone, and will be supported by a robust and highly experience clinical team.
